iSpy
Open Source Video Surveillance Software. iSpy is the worlds leading open source surveillance software for Windows PCs

Yawcam and iSpy are both video surveillance systems, that offer motion detection, video recording from webcams and network cameras. They provide remote access to camera feeds via the internet and offer free versions with basic features.

But Yawcam (released in 2005) is Sweden-based software, targeted for simpler, small office surveillance systems. It's only available on Windows and provides lightweight, easy-to-use interface with fewer customization options. It provides less integration options with third-party devices and services.

iSpy (2010) is UK-based program, aimed at more advanced users and businesses with large security network. It supports multiple platforms (Windows, Linux, macOS) and offers integration with many smart home devices and cloud storages. Besides, it includes a plugins library for additional functionality, like AI-based recognition.
