UserEcho
UserEcho offers everything you need to let customer conversations flow seamlessly across different channels, creating a better experience for both your business and your customers.

UserVoice
Product feedback management software for growing SaaS companies. A single, centralized product feedback solution that gives you everything you need to gather, aggregate, analyze, and follow through on feedback from customers and internal teams.
UserEcho and UserVoice are, in essence, two rather clever contraptions designed to make customers feel heard while giving companies the illusion that they are in control. Both allow users to suggest ideas, vote on them and bask in the fleeting satisfaction of democracy before the company does whatever it was planning to do anyway. They also feature knowledge bases, ticketing systems and enough integrations to make even the most chaotic IT department nod approvingly. All in all, they exist to make businesses appear friendly and responsive, much like a well-trained but slightly distracted golden retriever.

UserEcho, which emerged in 2009 from Russia (a country famous for complex bureaucracy and, paradoxically, streamlined software solutions), caters mostly to small and medium-sized businesses. It comes with multilingual support, a built-in live chat and a price tag that doesn’t require selling an internal organ. Unlike its slightly more grandiose counterpart, it focuses on providing a solid, affordable suite without making too much of a fuss about it—like a diligent but underappreciated spaceship maintenance robot.

UserVoice, born a year earlier in the United States, prefers to mingle with the big shots—enterprises, SaaS giants and the kind of product managers who use "synergy" in everyday conversation. With its advanced analytics, product roadmaps and an air of calculated professionalism, it’s the tool you get when your company is large enough to justify hiring consultants who nod sagely during meetings. Its pricing is, of course, a mystery wrapped in a sales call, ensuring that only the truly determined (or desperate) will ever know the full cost of customer satisfaction.
