Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP ERP are both vast, labyrinthine software ecosystems designed to help businesses do things in a way that suggests they know what they’re doing. It comes packed with dense, industry-specific solutions, a complex interface designed to keep consultants employed for eternity and the quiet assurance that whatever business problem you have, SAP has an answer, even if it takes six months and a highly specialized certification to find it.
