Zoho, on the other hand, is a sprawling beast that first blinked into existence in 1996, balancing itself between the United States and India like a software-based quantum anomaly. Unlike Kissflow’s laser focus on workflow automation, Zoho prefers to be everything—CRM, finance, HR and possibly a tool for predicting the exact moment your coffee machine will break down. It is the Swiss Army knife of business software, aimed at small to medium-sized businesses who wake up one day and realize they suddenly need 47 different tools but would rather not deal with 47 different vendors. It is also incredibly affordable, assuming you can decipher the near-infinite pricing tiers without summoning an accountant or a minor deity.
