IceWarp and Zimbra are both well-known email and collaboration platforms, though describing them as merely "email and collaboration platforms" is rather like calling a spaceship "a thing that flies"—technically correct, but woefully lacking in detail. Like a well-behaved time-traveling toaster, Zimbra can also integrate with third-party apps, but it has a particular fondness for being deployed on-premises, where it can stretch its legs and look contemplatively out the window. That said, if you insist, it will also inhabit the cloud, though it might do so with a hint of raised eyebrows, as if it’s not entirely sure why you’re making such a fuss about it.
So while both platforms can help you with your collaboration needs, IceWarp is the extroverted multitasker who’s practically moving into your office and Zimbra is the minimalist who’ll get the job done while quietly judging your decision to complicate things.
