FinancialForce and Salesforce have quite a lot in common, which is exactly what makes them so different. Both exist in the nebulous, ever-expanding realm of cloud-based business software, a place where everything is connected, yet nothing is ever quite where you left it. They share a deep, almost symbiotic relationship, as FinancialForce is built right on top of Salesforce, much like a particularly ambitious barnacle attaching itself to a rather successful whale.
