It comes with all the bells and whistles, including sentiment analysis, customer segmentation and other features that sound impressive but mostly serve to make people nod sagely in PowerPoint presentations. Unlike Fider, it’s strictly a cloud-based service, ensuring that businesses always remain at its mercy for access, updates and the occasional, inexplicable downtime.
