Concur
SAP Concur's easy-to-use business travel and expense management software solution helps your business save time, money and gain control. The Concur booking tool makes business travel a snap—starting with customized options that align with your company policies. You can also upload electronic folios, directly to expense reports. Concur provides full visibility into spend and the ability to ensure policy and regulatory compliance.

Rydoo
Rydoo is an all-in-one Travel & Expense platform. Book business trips and submit or approve expense claims in real time.

Concur and Rydoo are both expense management solutions designed to simplify and control enterprise (and small business) travel management. They provide features for receipt scanning and automatic expense report generation and integrate with major accounting and ERP systems, including SAP and QuickBooks. Each platform provides mobile app for travelers.

But Concur (launched back in 1993) is more old-school and big system with advanced travel management features, including itinerary management and travel booking. It's owned by SAP, so the integration with SAP is almost ideal. Primarily it targets large enterprises and that's why appears on the higher end of the pricing spectrum.

Rydoo (2018) is Belgium-based software for small and medium business with basic expense management tools and more modern and user-friendly interface compared to Concur. It lacks some of the advanced travel booking features but has more affordable pricing.
