Pipefy
Pipefy is a Work Management Platform. It allows you to take control and improve your work, bring structure, visibility and organization to your processes

ClickUp and Pipefy are both, in essence, tools designed to make people feel like they have everything under control—until they realize control is a myth and deadlines will slip through their fingers no matter how many notifications they set. Both offer automation, integrations and enough customization to make even the most indecisive project manager weep with joy or frustration. Tasks can be assigned, due dates can be set and collaborative efforts can be derailed by the sheer overwhelming number of available options.

ClickUp, born in the good old U.S. of A. in 2017, aims to be the ultimate productivity tool, which is an ambitious goal considering that most people use productivity tools as a way to procrastinate. It boasts time tracking, goal tracking and an interface so customizable that one could theoretically spend more time arranging it than actually working. It even offers a generous free plan, ensuring that teams can organize their chaos without bankrupting themselves—at least not immediately.

Pipefy, on the other hand, hails from Brazil, having existed since 2015 with a singular mission: to make structured business processes behave. It takes a no-code approach, meaning even those who break out in a cold sweat at the sight of a single line of code can still automate their workflows. HR, finance and procurement departments love it because it brings order to things like approvals and requisitions and it defaults to a nice, clean Kanban-style interface—because let’s face it, most people don’t need 17 different ways to view the same list.
